With one on the recovery bed and one freshly out for the count, the flu has dictated a slow pace to match the small village which we are staying the next few days.
I went out to get supplies this morning while Rachel was dealing with this monster flu. We had our young visitor come knocking on our door after he finished school at 12 and after an hour of entertaining we were forced to leave to get a break, besides we needed to wonder the town and check out our surroundings in the daylight.
Bit of a market with usual vege but loads of fish, a couple of turtles, some toads, various bits of chicken/beef/pork.
The fruit shops display produce very well and gift baskets of fruit are common. The boxed apples & oranges look great(see pic)
Dinner was noodles not for the first time but just in case a sachet of red chilli paste doesn't warm up the noodles enough mine came with whole chillies as well(see pic)
