Day 37 Xian

After a great sleep till midday we had breakfast in the hostel and spent a bit of time researching & booking our next steps till we got hungry at 7pm and went wondering the Muslim quarter, a bustling area of shops & restaurants made up of 7 or 8 streets. We went with an idea of what we wanted a pita with meat and when asked in english if we wanted lamb or beef rachel got one I the other. Noticing as we sit everyone was eating from a bowl, I had got this one wrong we were served a bowl with tofu, spring onions, rice noodles and the nicest looking piece of meat china had served us over the top in a soup. Not a bad meal but a bit of a surprise.
The pic of the eggs was just cos it looked like a great idea once cooked you have quail eggs on a stick.
The pic of a guy stirring in a massive wok is of chillies which looked really impressive.
