We had our share of thunder storms during the week but last night was quite the send off! After watching a storm in the distance taking photos for a while we went to sleep till we were woken by thunder so loud I nearly jumped out of the bed. We both got up to have a better look outside when lightening struck quickly followed by thunder so loud we must have both thought it was in the room, because we both ducked down!
We got the boat back to Sihanoukville where I remembered my computer was in the safe back on the island. Luckily it was put on the next ferry back and we changed our bus back to the city to late in the evening. The bus was a sleeper and with the company Rachel had read about a record of crashes. We arrived safe but it was a crappy bus and a just as crap driver.
